General Information & Rules

Members are encouraged to do what they can to maintain the club and leave facilities clean and tidy for others.

The club and staff do not accept responsibility for the safety of children in the club.

The club is not conducted for the purpose of profit or gain to its individual members.

Each year, around October, the club committee arranges an annual general meeting of members.

You can be supportive of the club by offering your particular expertise; joining in occasional working bees and activities; encouraging others to join; and/or becoming a committee member.

Facility maps can be sighted at the back of the entrance gate house and at the amenities pavilion.

The entrance gate is accessed by use of a personal PIN and/or one facial recognition per family.

A different code gives access to the club lights located behind the entrance gate house. Please switch off lights as you leave if no one else is using them. Signed-in members will find the current code at the top of this page.

CCTV operates in the club grounds and the carpark to help protect against intruders and/or misbehaviour.

Lights to use the tennis court and cricket nets are activated by inserting two × $2 coins in the boxes on the pavilion wall. Light switches for the basketball court are on the wall of the pump house, and are on a 15 minute timer.

Advice for lighting the gas barbecues is found on the front of the barbecues. Gas is connected to mains.

Rules for using the pool are displayed on the pool fencing.

If it is just you and your family attending the club and having a BBQ there is no need to book a BBQ, but you may wish to ensure a spot.

It is expected that BBQs will be shared by all members, and left clean with the lids replaced after use.

Members are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children and their visitors' children on club premises.

Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied at all times (especially inside the pool enclosure) by a care provider who is at least 18 years of age.

When entering and exiting the club, do so carefully and quietly for the safety and well-being of members and neighbours/tenants. Please show courtesy to other drivers and/or pedestrians on the entry driveway and in the carpark.

While enjoying club facilities be considerate of other users of the club and of the neighbours/tenants. An example of this general rule is that the use of loudspeakers or any amplified sound is prohibited. Another example is that members and their guests should not occupy an excessive area of the grounds, so as to ensure that sufficient space remains to allow others to comfortably use the club facilities.

Pets are not permitted in the club grounds.

Members are responsible for any damage caused by their family members or visitors. Reporting of damage and/or unruly behaviour can be made via email at [email protected] or via our WhatsApp chat.

Bookings of the tennis court/pickle ball court are done via the website. Tennis court bookings are for 1 hour only. Consecutive bookings of the tennis court are not permitted, unless otherwise approved by the Committee. Permanent bookings are not permitted but bookings can be renewed each week.

Bikes, trikes and objects which may damage the surface of the tennis court are not allowed on the court.

Large or noisy objects, including, for example, jumping castles, slippery slides, large play mats, and movie screens, or anything else that may impinge on other members' enjoyment of the grounds, or on neighbours'/tenants' amenity, are not permitted. Apply to the committee if unsure about whether an item falls within that category.

Members may bring guests to the Club, as long as the member lets in the guest and remains in attendance while the guests are there.

Children under 15 years may attend only under the supervision of adults.

A gathering of 10 visitors and up to a maximum of 30 (including children over 5 years) is deemed a function, which needs to be booked on the website. A flat fee of $25 will apply to functions.

No class parties are allowed.

Glass is not allowed inside the pool enclosure.

Running around the pool coping is prohibited.

Barbecues and their surrounding tables may be booked via the website for a 2 hour period, but sharing of them with other members is expected when required. Barbecues are to be cleaned after use, lids replaced and gas turned off.
